A site inspection provides an independent assessment of how health and safety arrangements are being implemented in practice. It helps identify hazards, verify that control measures are effective and ensure legal duties are being met during day-to-day operations.

Our consultants visit site to observe activities, work equipment and site conditions, reviewing areas such as access and egress, working at height, housekeeping, plant use, welfare facilities and control of high-risk activities. We also speak with site personnel to confirm that procedures are understood and followed, not just documented. Inspections are carried out with reference to relevant legislation including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and, for construction projects, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Following the visit, you receive a clear report outlining positive observations, areas for improvement and prioritised recommendations, helping you address issues promptly, demonstrate due diligence and maintain safe working conditions.
