Appointed at an early stage, our role as Principal Designer included:
Coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase
Advising the client on CDM compliance
Identifying and mitigating foreseeable design and construction risks
Ensuring effective communication between designers and contractors
Embedding long-term safety and maintainability into the design
By integrating safety into the design process, we helped reduce risk, improve coordination and support the successful delivery of a high-quality community facility in Eston.

Pool pod and mobile hoist for assisted and independent access
Sensory lighting and reduced-noise features
Accessible lockers and user-friendly layouts
