Our involvement with Middlesbrough College and the wider industry demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting future professionals. A&N were instrumental in launching the Future Female Leaders Programme with NAWIC Tees Valley at Middlesbrough College, which is now in its third year.

Andrea, Director at A&N Safety Consultants, is Chair of NAWIC Tees Valley, championing opportunities for women and young girls in construction. Abigail, also a Director, is a member of G4C (Generation for Change), supporting young professionals as they begin their careers.

Practical Experience and Industry Alignment

We currently employ an apprentice from Middlesbrough College, providing hands-on experience and valuable insight into a career in health and safety. We have also hosted T Level student placements, offering meaningful workplace exposure and practical learning opportunities.

By working collaboratively with teaching staff, we help ensure course content remains aligned with current legislation, best practice, and the evolving needs of employers.
