Eston Pool in Redcar is now complete — a modern, fully accessible leisure facility delivered for Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, alongside Willmott Dixon and Everyone Active (SLM).

A&N Safety Consultants were proud to support the project as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations, providing professional health and safety consultancy services across Teesside and the North East.

Appointed at an early stage, our role as Principal Designer included:

  Coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase

  Advising the client on CDM compliance

  Identifying and mitigating foreseeable design and construction risks

  Ensuring effective communication between designers and contractors

  Embedding long-term safety and maintainability into the design

By integrating safety into the design process, we helped reduce risk, improve coordination and support the successful delivery of a high-quality community facility in Eston.
